Primary Responsibilities:
- Selling, General and Administrative Expenses (SG and A), management of reporting and analysis
- Participate and oversee month-end close
- Assist and drive SG and A efficiency initiatives
- Develop and enhance SG and A management reporting
- Identify and participate in cost cutting initiatives
- Assist in developing business level cost metrics to enable business leaders to make informed decisions around pricing and FTE management
- Capital Reporting and Analysis
- Participate and oversee month end capital closing process
- Assist in Capital project cost development and ongoing cost tracking
- Assist in identifying, measuring and tracking capital investment benefits
- Perform post implementation capital projects audits
- Maintain master files of capital projects, track capital funding status, and assist in enhancement of management reporting

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years of progressive professional experience in finance and/or accounting
- Experience in cost accounting and capital investments
- Ability to effectively support/train and perform transactional based finance and accounting transactions
- Expert level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft experience
- Solid communication skills with all levels within an organization

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
