EverCommerce is looking for a demand gen marketer who is willing to work hard and grow with a dynamic B2B company. The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to aid in the successful execution of planned marketing initiatives across multiple portfolio companies.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing integrated multi-channel campaigns with a focus on driving top of funnel performance for a group of portfolio companies. You will report to the Marketing Manager, working closely with cross-functional teams within our subsidiaries as a tactical resource, and assist in the execution of revenue-generating initiatives with the EverCommerce Digital Marketing Team.

Some Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue across multiple brands
  • Build and execute lead nurture campaigns and email automation workflows to drive performance metrics through the funnel
  • Work with Manager to develop marketing project plans and timelines
  • Design, build, and execute content marketing and lead nurture email campaigns
  • Create and execute lead generation programs
  • Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the brands
  • Analyze data to determine campaign and marketing spend efficiency
  • Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of demand generation, preferably in SaaS software and/or B2B market
  • Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, such as content marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, etc.
  • Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment with experience adapting to change due to the high growth of the business
  • Proven ability to think strategically, problem-solve and confidently make decisions
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects and tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines within multiple timelines
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bonus Qualities :

  • Previous experience with Marketo/HubSpot, Salesforce, and Project Management tools
  • Previous professional experience or advanced knowledge of:
  • Home Services, Remodeling, Field Services Management Software industries
  • Fitness & Wellness industries
  • Health Services
  • Compensation: The salary for this position is in the $60k-$70k range. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
