As a member of the Real Estate Tax team, you will work on all aspects of partnership tax return compliance and consulting, supporting some of the Firm's most exciting clients.We have:Consistent recognition as one of the Bay Area's "Best Places to Work"Recognition as "Top 5 Accounting Firm in the Bay Area"Summer Hours - Leave early on Friday afternoons from June to August!BPMU - A corporate university that's dedicated to your career growth and developmentFlexibility in your day-to-day work scheduleRich diversity in the clients, industries, and overall workYou have:Licensed CPA.6+ years' experience in public accounting in Tax.BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master degree preferred).Extensive experience with flow-through/real estate taxation. An innate ability to build strong business relationships and an interest in business development.Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Demonstrates proactive thinking and a strong desire to learn.Extensive experience in researching tax issues and exposure to a variety of flow-through tax issues.You will:Have the opportunity to be an integral part of BPM's Real Estate Group and participate in the growth of the practice. Develop towards managing multiple engagements independently.Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of flow-through clients in the Real Estate Industry.Deliver high quality products timely and efficiently.Deliver and develop innovative financial planning ideas that meet or exceed client expectations.Maintain and develop client relationships as primary client contact.Oversee complex tax research projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries.
