Our client, a startup technology company is actively seeking a number of People Operations Associates to join their team! If you are a people-oriented individual looking to make an impact in a growing company than this is the role for you! All positions are remote and will be responsible for working weekend shifts.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred for this position
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (retail and hospitality experience count!)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Prior exposure working in a database is a plus
  • Availability to work on the weekends

Day to Day:

  • Manage all inbound correspondence from internal employees pertaining to human resources operations.
  • Respond to questions regarding payroll, benefits and timesheets
  • Work diligently to process and verify onboarding documentation
  • Help regulate COVID-19 tracing and company protocols
  • Assist employees with any another related requests or inquiries about company systems
  • Make updates in internal systems

These remote positions are contract to hire opportunities and pay up to 15/hour depending on experience. These positions require a twenty hour work week commitment with eight hours shifts on both Saturday and Sunday. The ability to work weekends is a must!
