About Online Shopper™: Online Shopper™ is Dealer Inspire's end-to-end digital retailing solution that seamlessly connects your website, in-store, and delivery experience to efficiently scale your business for a larger customer base. The industry and world are changing but the car business is still a people business, and the first dealers to truly connect instant consumer technology with the local car buying experience are going to win. Learn more here ! Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Collaborate with front-end developers for all new features being developed. Development of new features with a focus on API Development. Writing high quality, clean code that is paired with automated unit and integration tests. Taking new features through the entire development lifecycle, working in conjunction with our product owner to define the feature, develop it, and test it. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of professional experience working with PHP (PHP 7+). 2+ years of experience working with modern PHP MVC frameworks like Laravel. Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming. Strong understanding of RESTful API Development. Working knowledge of JSON Schema. Working knowledge of OpenAPI. Professional experience using modern ORM systems. Working knowledge of SQL databases and query language. Experience creating automated unit and integration tests. Experience with performance debugging and benchmarking. Experience with Git version control. Strong verbal & written communication skills. Strong documentation skills. Experience working remotely & as part of a distributed Agile team. Desired: Familiarity with Amazon Web Services. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, in particular, BitBucket Pipelines. Familiarity with single table inheritance. Familiarity with WebSockets is preferred but not required. Familiarity with ReactJS is preferred but not required.
