POSITION SUMMARY: The Renewals Specialist develops accurate service agreements for customer base. In addition, they communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email. Resolves problems and issues by understanding products, software and business processes.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES: To perform this position effectively, the employee must be able to perform the following duties satisfactorily (other duties may be assigned): They must function as part of a small team. The Renewals Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties: • Effectively work as part of a team to increase revenue by ensuring our customer has the information needed to renew service agreements or other products as assigned. (50%) by: o Analyzing customer accounts and effectively preparing renewal quotes and documents o Preparing quotes to distribute via mail and email as required • Promoting 100% customer satisfaction by effectively providing customers with accurate and complete data as needed (20%) • Proactively becoming a systems expert to quickly and accurately prepare customer documents (20%) • Administrative duties as assigned (10%) Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A Travel Demands: Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 0%

  • Increase sales to existing accounts
  • Organize and present sales presentations on new products and sales strategies to increase sales of assigned key accounts
  • Generate account-specific sales strategies to sell all company products and services
  • Apply effective sales skills to maximize account productivity
  • Recognize and act on new sales opportunities to build account portfolio
  • Create and implement account business plans
  • Price new and renewal accounts
  • Manage entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging specialists
  • Maintain contact information on each assigned account as well as new business focused accounts
  • Execute and prioritize sales and customer needs
  • Manage Ecommerce marketplace accounts and sales performance
  • Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, and upcoming itinerary
  • Grow existing accounts by increasing net revenue with existing accounts
  • Planned in person account reviews
  • Serve customer needs and the greater sales strategy
  • Implement existing sales strategies/sales plan to expand business with assigned client group
  • Identify key Enterprise customers/accounts
  • Initiate new customer contacts and relationships
  • Develop strong business relationships within varying levels of management for assigned accounts for optimal sales strategy building
  • Conduct proactive visitations of key accounts
