Our Client are looking for a talented and strong Project Leading Landscape Architect to assist with a massive influx of work. Due to the effects of COVID-19, they are adapting to the New Normal and offering fabulous flexible-working arrangements. With the next 6 to 12 months showing uncertainty, they have no issue considering applicants based in other parts of the country as long as work is done and completed to the expected standard.

The ideal Landscape Architect could be either a strong Assistant Level or possibly someone who is Pre-CMLI or possibly even just post Chartered. The specifics arent particularly set but the pre-requisite being that they have experience running projects at different stages and competent doing so.

With 3 UK offices, they work in areas of UK Residential, Public Realm, Green Infrastructure and a variety of Commercial schemes. While its predominantly a Design-Led practice, they have elements of landscape planning, masterplanning and Ecology involved in their day-to-day workload.

The role in question will be very diverse and the successful applicant will have no fear of being pigeon-holed into mundane repetitive duties.

Self-motivation is absolutely key and all applicants need to be enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail and have good written and communication abilities. You should display strong 3D visualisation skills and have advanced competency in AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and ideally Lumion.

In return for your commitment, the salary offered will be generous and within LI guidelines with your level at either Pre or Post Chartered.
