The  Change Management Leader  will be a seasoned professional with exceptional written and verbal communication, planning and organizational skills. S/he will be accountable for solving complex organizational issues, navigating stakeholder resistance and project ambiguity. They will conduct change impact analysis and co-develop strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in, change adoption and client satisfaction/loyalty. S/he will excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and maintain meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for innovative and creating thinkers inspired to lead in a new and groundbreaking client-centric approach to healthcare outsourcing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build a change management plan that takes the business objectives and customer’s culture into consideration
  • Conduct change impact analysis, stakeholder assessments and develop resistance management strategies
  • Develop strong partnerships with client executive stakeholders and gain buy in for change readiness, conduct organization behavior and culture discovery interviews 
  • Educate, coach, and influence leadership behaviors to drive change efforts and model project sponsor capabilities
  • Facilitate workshops/events both in-person and virtually to build culture alignment and change readiness
  • Analyze the effectiveness of change efforts using appropriate metrics (e.g., retention, SLA achievement, improved quality/effectiveness/efficiency, satisfaction, NPS)
  • Ensure that desired changes are adopted and sustained over the long-term (e.g., behaviors, processes, metrics.)
  • Development and implementation effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty, clarity of direction and employee satisfaction
  • Ensure reports and operational tasks are completed within stated deadlines and follow set policies and procedures
  • You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 3+ years with change management experiences, ideally in a consulting environment
  • Minimum of 3+ years with leading organizational change, assessing change impact and creating readiness plans
  • Experience working with and influencing executive level stakeholders
  • 2+ years coordinating and facilitating workshops/trainings/events
  • Working knowledge and experience applying at least one evidenced based change management methodology (Prosci, Kotter, 7-S).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the Midwest region
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of successfully delivering projects in high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
  • Flexible, agile and adaptable to change
  • Exceptional written, and verbal communication skills, including development of communication plans
  • MS Office proficiency particularly PPT and Excel
  • Comfort with ambiguity and working across multiple matrixed environments
  • Multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines
  • Demonstrated self-starter with solid planning, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
