Minimum Requirements:

  • BS degree preferably in Business, HR, or related experience in a recruiter role.
  • Minimum two years of recruiting experience for an executive search firm or corporate talent acquisition team
  • Experience with a variety of sourcing tools: LI Recruiter, Zoom, Monster, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.
  • Ability to work with existing clients and develop new business.
  • Social Media experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
