One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their team. This role starts at the business process level, with the intent of defining the current state, and producing gap analysis against the desired state. This candidate will be interacting directly with client stakeholders, from executives to frontline, to translate business needs into deliverables. They will develop project documentation including business process flowcharts, functional process descriptions, business requirements gathering and documentation, user stories and test cases. We are looking for someone who wants to continuously learn and improve. The career trajectory for this business analyst is to ultimately grow into a CRM consultant.
