As part of Optum's Enterprise Technology team, you'll be a key player in migrating Care Delivery organizations into Optum's identity and access management framework. We are building an enterprise-wide implementation of Imprivata and we need your expertise to deliver! You will participate in the technical planning, buildout, and operations of this enterprise-scale Imprivata implementation. Working side by side with our Care Delivery organizations, you'll use your Imprivata expertise, identity knowledge, and the Optum enterprise technology capability stack to ensure that their integration into Imprivata is successful and secure.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Build and configure Imprivata appliances
  • Provide engineering expertise for build, integration, and expansion operations of the Imprivata platform
  • Manage operational response and meet response SLAs for support of Imprivata-connected business units
  • Collaborate with care delivery support teams and enterprise technical and security teams to ensure function of the enterprise environment
  • Support field teams that are managing endpoints with Imprivata agents
  • Troubleshoot and fix Imprivata issues

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years end user support experience
  • 1 or more years supporting Imprivata appliances, agents, authenticators and systems
  • Experience with Windows 10 OS engineering and identity integration
  • Experience supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Experience with networking, Active Directory and LDAP
  • Strong understanding and skills troubleshooting web services platforms (e.g. Tomcat, IIS, Apache)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause diagnosis skills

Assets:

  • 3 or more years supporting Imprivata appliances, agents, authenticators and systems
  • Imprivata OneSign certified (or have had recent certification in past 3 years)
  • Experience within UnitedHealth Group / Optum
  • Experience supporting Epic and Epic Hyperspace
  • Imprivata ConfirmID EPCS certification and experience supporting clinical prescription workflows
  • Experience with Imprivata ConfirmID for Remote Access (CIDRA)
  • Experience supporting remote access workflows, RADIUS and/or MFA
  • Experience with Oracle relational databases
  • Understanding of authentication assurance concepts including LOA and AAL
  • Mobile device authenticator support experience
  • Experience in environments regulated by HIPAA and/or GDPR
  • Experience in other key identity areas including SAML, OIDC, Crypto, IGA, and PAM
