Job Summary
:We're seeking a passionate and creative person to proactively source candidates and build robust candidate pipelines, for executive-level roles. This individual will advise on and employ a variety of techniques to identify talent and create a compelling employment brand for Allstate, as well as come up with new, exciting ways to reach and engage candidates. You'll partner closely with the Executive Recruiting team to understand, develop and implement a proactive candidate search strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of executive sourcing strategies; provide creative solutions to satisfy the candidate pipeline requirements
Identify, prescreen and present a robust, diverse pool of candidates to the recruiter for assigned openings
Partners with executive recruiters during intake sessions, client update meetings and feedback sessions to ensure a deep understanding of the business need
Ability to anticipate business needs and adjust sourcing strategies on a regular basis; subject matter expert on industry-recognized sourcing best practices and competitor intelligence
Builds succession of candidates for future full-time hires for difficult searches
Influences and advises the executive recruiting function on trends, market intelligence and process improvement opportunities
