Job Description

Define operational delivery processes supporting SLA and business requirements. Develop audit processes to evaluate process effectiveness supporting the health and resiliency of the operating environment.

Perform analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating procedures

Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.

Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts.

Translate detailed design into computer software.

Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product.

Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.

Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.

Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.

Experience in information system design, including application programming on large-scale DBMS and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives.

Minimum Requirements

-Must possess between 4 years and 6 years and a bachelors degree or have equiavalent experience (FLEXIBILITY ON LCAT)

-3 years of experience support Oracle Servers

-1+ years of experience with schema design and data modeling

-Must possess an interim secret clearance

-Must live within 100 miles of the DMV
