The Service Desk Analyst role works with the Enterprise Business Systems team on applications related support and enhancements. The Enterprise Business Systems team’s goal is to enable internal teams to achieve their objectives through scalable tech solutions. This role will focus on day-to-day support of business systems utilized by internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Accounting, etc.
¾Triage and resolve L1 and L2 service requests and incidents for enterprise applications used by internal employees
¾Creating documentation such as process flow charts, user stories, how-to guides and change records
¾Elicit and document system and data requirements from internal users
¾Researching current system functionality and optimization
¾Building reports & analytics, configurations, etc. to meet the business needs
Performs testing on new builds
