As we scale and seek to double our company again in 2021, we are seeking a passionate Senior Technical Recruiter with a passion for the challenge of scaling the complexities of people in a mission-driven, values-based dynamic and extremely fast-paced global high tech culture. It's not broken here--it's just not built yet and we need a builder.


Brief summary of role:

The Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of Copado in support of introducing top talent to the company. This role will own the entire recruitment process, from beginning to end, and will support teams by building and fostering partnerships with the business. This role is responsible for nurturing relationships both with managers and prospective talent, providing an excellent experience to both.


What you will be doing:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, support events, and build strategy to hire amazing talent for Copado
  • Collaborate with leaders to understand, define, and build talent profiles
  • Act as a talent advisor and subject matter expert for hiring managers.
  • Take a data driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to partners.
  • Contribute to the growth of Copado's recruiting function by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team
  • Create, recommend, and implement strategies to tackle problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events
  • Source and identify passive people to build Copado's talent pool through use of boolean, online tools, and unique sourcing techniques
  • Focus on inclusive recruiting practices


What you should have:

  • 4+ years of Technical or Product Recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth environment supporting multiple hiring teams
  • Salesforce or SaaS recruiting experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven strategic sourcer and closer
  • Ambassador, you represent yourself and the company with integrity and courtesy both internally and externally
  • Passionate about Copado product and opportunity
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
  • Previous startup experience is preferred.
