More Specifically, You Will
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Precision Value & Health, your primary purpose is to identify, assess, and bring top talent to our attention.
- Source, pre-screen, and guide/educate candidates
- Partner with business and recruiting teams to help execute on diversity initiatives
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by educating candidates on our culture and opportunities
- Report and analyze data on recruitment
Qualifications
- Full life cycle recruiting experience; 5+ years with minimum of 2 years of staffing agency experience building pipelines from scratch
- A passion for understanding and engaging diverse talent
- Experience building pipelines with recruiters who place 4-6 FTE hires/monthly
- Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent
- Skilled sourcing I/T, consulting, analytical job roles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively build cross-functional relationships
- Prior experience with direct sourcing for passive candidates. Skilled utilizing complex search methods in LinkedIn, Boolean searches, other
- Excel writing compelling LinkedIn In-mails
