Security Operations Analyst Governance Remote £60k+

We are looking for a Security Operations Analyst to work for a great Retail client remotely, the Security Operations Analyst will work remotely but occasionally need to visit the London office, the Security Operations Analyst will be responsible for responding to and managing security incidents across our Global retail business. You will perform forensic investigation and root cause analysis to mitigate negative impacts of incidents and reduce risk of reoccurrence, whilst keeping up to date with the threat landscape and known vulnerabilities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operation. To proactively improve the security posture of all enterprise systems, data and users globally. To assure governance, risk and compliance across the enterprise and work with operational teams to drive improvements in technical and administrative controls. This role has Global reach and Global impact and will be a key contributor to protecting The client. Key Job Accountabilities: Responsible for managing and leading assigned security incidents through to resolution and root cause analysis as required Keep up to date with current Cyber-Security threat reports, analysis and known vulnerabilities to help detect and prevent breaches and attacks in the early stages of incidents to minimize disruption.
