Position Summary
Strategically sources candidates for sales and corporate positions in assigned areas. Responsible for understanding KSAs - knowledge, skills and abilities, needed to fulfill anticipated and current talent needs of the Organization. Primary focus will be to hire for our state-of-the art Manufacturing center. Partners with hiring leaders and the Human Resources team to source, recruit and hire employees in alignment with our cultural competence objectives. Must be able to work independently or on a team and have a strong ability to deal with ambiguity. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities
 • Establishes sourcing strategies by meeting with hiring leaders. Uses a variety of tools to source both passive and active candidates, screens, evaluates, tracks, and recommends qualified, diverse applicants to hiring leaders.
 • Determines applicant requirements by reviewing job description and job qualifications and refers candidates who are most qualified by conducting initial phone screens, analyzing responses and documenting them for future reference.
 • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements on appropriate job sites, actively searches resume databases, networks, attends job fairs and participates in other relevant recruitment opportunities.
 • Coordinates schedules to include pre-screening processes and interviews.
 • Regularly follows up with hiring leaders and candidates to monitor effectiveness of recruitment process and ensure timely responses.
 • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal and industry networks; and participating in professional organizations.
 • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment regulations.
 • Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required.
 
Education/Experience
 • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or similar field preferred
 • 2+ years of high volume recruiting experience required
 • Experience using various applicant tracking systems
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 • Strong attention to detail
 • Ability to develop creative approaches to delivering candidates
 • Flexible nature
 • Ability to use independent judgment
 • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
 • Proficient computer skills in MSOffice applications
 • Knowledge of data mining and internet research
