What you will do


He/she will be responsible for modeling complex business problems, discovering insights and identifying business opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques. In addition to advanced analytic skills, you will also be proficient at integrating and preparing large, varied datasets, architecting specialized database and computing environments, and communicating results.

As part of the Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) team, this role will work closely with the BI Insights Leader, marketing data and analytics, and business unit data SMEs. 

How you will do it

  • Develop and build centralized data infrastructure across disparate ERPs, Financial Systems, and CRM to support business intelligence analytics needs.
  • Support data modeling efforts.
  • Design visualizations and analytics models that tell compelling stories and incite decision makers to act.
  • Advance the Enterprise BI roadmap through the development and enhancement of new and existing BI capabilities. 
  • Drive overall transparency of objective performance results. 
  • Document work procedures, processes and methodologies.
  • Validate analysis and work to diffuse findings to the Enterprise.
  • Anticipate, identify and explore patterns; develop hypotheses and quantify relationships to answer business questions.
  • Excel in a matrixed environment, building collaborative relationships across functions and businesses.
  • Synthesize findings to make meaningful and actionable recommendations to internal customers, including BI Insights Leader.
  • Make strategic recommendations on data collection and integration that incorporate business requirements and knowledge of best practices.
  • Support concurrent projects and internal customers; engage and maintain relationships with business stakeholders.
  • What we look for
    Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years relevant prior experience working with data systems, relational databases and ETL processes.
  • Experience working in Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Azure, SQL or Power BI.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Highly proficient written and verbal communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Deep passion for data quality and innovative methods.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining top quality with strong attention to detail. 
  • Efficient and effective relationship builder in a remote working environment.
