Conversion and Reporting DeveloperThis role will be part of the development team for the Unemployment Insurance Modernization. All development and work will be executed in accordance with the approved solution architecture. This role will work and collaborate with the Solution Architect (Client), other Agencies and Contractors. Responsibilities will include:

Conversion and reporting developer.

Take direction and learn specific development processes necessary for the UIM project.

The candidate should have experience working with:

JSON,XML, XSL, XSLT, and XML schemas

RESTful web services

SOAP calls

Spring and its supporting libraries

Spring Boot

Hibernate

Node JS

Experienced in SQL and PL/SQL

API development

Continuous integration/continuous deployment using Maven and Jenkins

Experience with Git or GitLab

This role will be key during the current phase of the project project. The selected candidate will also need to tag/notate any code and document thoroughly the approach to assist in the ongoing operations and maintenance of the solution after implementation.The Developer will work with the UIM team and Sr Java Developer to use appropriate development tools and approaches and leverage best practices in coding, security and documentation. This work shall be performed in a way aligned with the business needs, contract requirements, end users and with the approved technical architecture.
