UI Engineer - Angular/NodeJS (Remote)

Position Overview: We are seeking a UI Engineer to be a key member of a small team, responsible for the development of new features and maintenance of our Control Applications. As part of our accesso ® Client Apps team, you will contribute to helping our clients sell more, streamline operations, drive revenue and surprise and delight their guests with improved user experiences. Our ticketing solutions allow our clients to sell general admissions, reserved seats, time/date specific tickets, season passes, memberships and so much more. Our guest experience solutions allow our clients to manage food and beverage operations, table reservations, manage their venues, and interact with guests.The UI Engineer will be expected to help the team deliver a world class solution and should have a passion for performance, security, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional web development experience.Location: United States; then, you choose what works for you! This role can be performed 100% remotely anywhere in the US, at in the US, or a hybrid version of in-office and remote. Reports to: Development ManagerTravel Requirement: Up to 5%

Responsibilities Include:

Being a technology enthusiast and always looking to better the platform

Functioning across the full stack, with a focus on UIs

Collaborating extensively in a team-oriented environment

Writing quality code that you take pride in

Participate in the production on-call rotation. We believe if you build it, you run it

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional software engineering experience in developing complex web applications

Advanced understanding of JavaScript, developer tools and browser intricacies

Strong experience with AngularJS/Angular

Experience with

Experience with internationalizing UI

Experience creating automated and/or unit tests

Familiar with deploying to cloud infrastructure in AWS or Google Cloud environments

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

Experience with Scrum practices and ceremonies

BONUS: Experience migrating applications from AngularJS to Angular

BONUS: Experience in deploying and/or managing services and applications running in Kubernetes
