Senior Coordinator - Sales Support - Remote from anywhere !!!

This position can be done remotely from anywhere.

This resource will be a crucial member of the operations team accountable for assisting a successful group of over 40 energy consultants and key partners across North America.

Primary responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

  • Assisting sales agents in handling the execution of energy contracts between supplier and customer
  • Successfully managing a smooth client experience by understanding customer needs and requests
  • Organize pricing requests to send to energy suppliers
  • Demonstrating high familiarity with electric and gas invoices in various utilities and energy suppliers
  • Providing price and product analysis for customer's review
  • Communicating with over 30 energy suppliers for various pricing, contract, and post-sale needs
  • Collaborating with channel partners, sales agents, and suppliers to obtain a sale, followed with data collection, organization, and post-sale support
  • Effectively balancing customer needs with the demands and sales goals and consistently achieving customer retention goals through a solid base of energy product and pricing knowledge.
  • Generating tools for sales and sales support to easily access supplier product and market information.
  • Assisting with the implementation of a successful energy procurement process for C&I customers
  • Consistent collaboration with IT to enhance the processes needed to drive successful sales support procedures
  • Advising, testing, and enhancing the implementation of a Microsoft CRM software system
  • May be responsible for training new team members on the energy procurement sale process and back office procedures



Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred, but not required)
  • 2 years of experience in the retail gas and/or electric industry with RFP experience (preferred)
  • 2-3 years experience working providing support to large sales team
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in energy account research and commissions retention (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Excel skills (pivot table, v-lookups, creating formulas etc.)
