Job Description
An employer is looking for a 100% remote Salesforce Domain Owner. Domain Owner is responsible for defining product vision, road-map, growth opportunities and priorities aligned to business needs within the domains in scope. That means, the Domain Owner should understand the functional domain, the market, the industry, the customer and the business in order to make sound decisions. The Domain Owner should also have a strong technical background so they can contribute to and prioritize technical features as well to achieve the highest performing product.
A Domain Owner provides leadership to ensure a seamless relationship exists between the product owner and the technical delivery team. They are responsible for leading projects towards a viable solution that meets business outcomes, user needs and industry best practices. To do this a Domain Owner needs to integrate the Executive Sponsor's vision for their area of focus, the Customer Engagement team's strategy, and the learnings / work across the program.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience
Experience working with Salesforce
Experience working with high-level stakeholders (15+ at a time)
Someone with a technical aptitude and able to understand technical direction and how provide that
Must understand project planning, and understand the DevOps, agile process along with SDLC.
Must have experience with large-scale implementations
experience working within a large global IT environment
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts, and understand prioritization, providing direction and planning.
Must have strong communication and presentation skills, along with ability and confidence to be leading meetings.
Desired Skills
Must have experience with large-scale implementations
Health care experience
Experience with Marketing, Marketa or Marketing Cloud (not required, but would be a big plus)
