Keep reading.This position is available for Remote Candidates across the United States.ABOUT THE POSITION: The Management Consultant is responsible for focusing on the 3-5k foot view of a client engagement. You will lead account strategy with the objectives of (1) ensuring client achieves quantifiable ROI (including regular measurement and reporting of ROI) and (2) ensuring project team leverages industry best practices / state of the art trends to achieve best in market results. Knowledge of industry verticals (healthcare, financial services, media and tech specifically), relationships with key industry players, and a proven ability to understand a client's business will be vital for success.The Management Consultant will have a strong passion for driving results and articulating Lev's value proposition. You are a great fit for this role if you thrive on giving structure to "grey" space, have strong financial and technical acumen, and are comfortable navigating through conflict to drive results.RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead discovery from a business and strategy perspective in a billable capacityAnalyze status quo (people, processes and technology) and develop recommendations for improvement (short, medium and long term).Build clear definitions and consensus around client ROI and business objectivesInfluence account growth by being a trusted advisor to senior client side executives (VP )Coordinate with sales executives on account growth strategyConnect client strategy with account team executionLeverage industry expertise to guide client in SFMC related decisionsPartner closely with external (Salesforce) and internal (other Cognizant teams) partners to deliver an exceptional client experienceOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with the Sales team on selling with a retention focusPerform other duties required and assignedManage your time towards billable targetsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:REQUIRED:Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Prior experience in a management consulting positionExperience in healthcare, financial services, media or tech industries5 years of professional services experiencePREFERRED:Experience in the Salesforce ecosystemPrior experience in MarketingMBA a plusKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Superior client facing interaction skills Ability to conceptualize, design and execute successful partnershipsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilitiesAbility to perform focused work with close attention to detailAbility to travel as neededCognizant will not sponsor H-1B or other U.S. work authorization, or lawful permanent residence (otherwise known as a "Green Card") for this role.
