We are currently seeking insurance agents with exceptional customer service and experience to join our independent Insurance agency! We aid agents in getting licensed (if necessary). The agent will be part of a system where the average compensation is over $100,000/year and the top insurance agents make $400,000+.
What We Will Provide:
Warm Clients - We get you in front of Warm clients! Our products include mortgage protection, life insurance, and retirement solutions. This ensures that multiple solutions are offered to every client you meet. We focus on "living benefits" mortgage protection, cash value life insurance, tax free income solutions, asset preservation, annuities, and more.
World Class Training - What would you pay for one-on-one training with an agent who has made over $1 million dollars a year for the last 3 years? In addition to that, the agency has a vast archive of training videos, seminars, and podcasts. For all agents, training is Free!
Our Agents will be responsible for the following:
Setting Appointments with clients who express interest in one of our insurance products via voice, text, or email. Pre-Qualifying clients for the insurance programs offered. Submitting completed applications to our A-rated partner insurance carriers. Following up on the status of applications until approval. Providing great customer service to families in need!
Day -To - Day Duties:
Calling clients directly that request our services
Conducting the appointment with the client
Making recommendations on insurance coverage to your clients
Completing application with client
Requirements:
1- 2 years of Customer Service Experience
Willingness to learn from top Insurance Agents/Managers
Obtain an Insurance license ( if applicable)
Persistence
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $100,000 to $150,000 /year
License: Life Insurance License (Preferred)
Commission Only: Yes
Work Location: Remote work from home
