This is an amazing opportunity to work for an cutting edge, Interior Design / Furnushings Brand, based in Kings Cross (working from home / office as appropriate)

The role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to develop within our sales team, we are looking for someone who can support our sales team and work alongside other departments to ensure a smooth and elevated customer experience. They will be working within our fast-paced commercial environment to grow within our friendly and experienced team.

You will:

Follow up on incoming sales enquiries, liaise with new leads, customers, agents and distributors

Process and follow up on quotes and proforma's

Liaise with agents on customer orders, samples, brochures and any other relevant information

Implement exceptional customer service via phone, face to face and email

Ensure the information in our CRM is kept updated

You must have:

A minimum of 1 years experience of sales support

Great interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation abilities

An outgoing personality and great interpersonal skills

Good project management

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and an understanding of a CRM/sales syetm
