JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Proficient with legal terminology.
- Heavy research and documentation. Assist lawyers with case load.
- Prior experience working in corporate environment preferred. Minimum 1-2 yrs experience. (Department specific experience may be requested such as contracts, litigation, labor law, corporate law, etc.)
- Strong legal skills reviewing and drafting legal documents/agreements (mostly technology related)
