Product Technologist Principal Engineer Our Product Technologists play an essential role in creating technologies that drive human progress. What you’ll achieve As a Product Technologist Principle Engineer, you will provide presales technical expertise for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. Use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations. You will: Develop and document best practices Assist partners and sales teams with technical enablement and deeply technical customer questions Help to rescue troubled customer projects Review and improve core documentation Work cross-functionally with multiple business units to solve problems systematically for our partners and customers Produce evangelism content targeting potential customers around your product (YouTube, blogs, Twitter, etc.) Proactively learn how Dell solutions work together and present findings Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
