Today, we are proud to offer multiple **temp-to-hire** **Customer Service Representatives** for **remote positions** in the **Flint and East Lansing, Michigan** area, for a TOP Health Insurance Company. **You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.****Job Title:** Customer Service Representative**Location:** remote - must reside within 60miles of Flint/East Lansing Area+ you will be required to pickup equipment from a Maximus office on Sept 3rd**Start Date:** Oct. 5**Zoom Dates with Maximus:** Sept 28 (1pm-230pm)**Pay Rates:** $12.75/hr, rate increase if Bilingual Arabic/English or Spanish/English**Training Shifts:** 8am-5pm M-F for 18 days - no time off allowed during training period**Shift Hours by Department after training:** 8 hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, M-F**Summary:** Maximus has multiple openings for a high-volume call center positions. Michigan Enrollment Broker Services (MI EBS) currently takes a variety of calls related to the State of Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. There are 3 positions that account for majority of the call volume and a large call center that accepts calls from all across the state.1. **Michigan ENROLLS:** Client Services Representatives provides education and enrollment services for those eligible for State and Federally funded health insurance programs such as Medicaid, Healthy Michigan Plan and MIChild. The call center staff provide education and outreach to beneficiaries on these programs so they can make an informed choice when picking appropriate Health Plan.2. **Beneficiary Help Line:** This phone line accepts calls for anyone, past or present that has had eligibility with any State and Federally funded insurance program. Most calls are from people having problems getting their medications, billing issues, access to care concerns, assistance with applying or advising how to apply for health insurance, etc. Typically, Beneficiary Help Line calls are non-enrollment related.3. **Michigan Healthcare Help Line/Phone Application Help Line:** The primary type of phone calls on this line is phone applications. These calls can take from 20 minutes to 45 minutes to complete and an eligibility decision is typically determined within a minute of submission.
