Responsibilities:
  • Assisting customers with billing and payments

  • Answering questions about utility services

  • Researching and resolving customer disputes

Required Skills:
  • You're an expert at empathetic, patient listening

  • You can find answers to complicated questions using the knowledge, skills, and resources provided to you

  • You're able to explain a complex idea using clear, professional language

  • You feel comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Office

  • You speak English fluently (professional working proficiency or better)

  • Optional: You speak Spanish as well as English fluently (Wage is $13.50/hour for Spanish speakers)
Term: Full Time, 40 Hours a week
Shifts available: 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm
Education: High School Diploma OR Equivalent
Pay: $13.00/hour English + a performance based tier system
$13.50/hour Spanish + a performance based tier system
