Job Description
- Coordinate all Services support for Medable projects
- Raise Purchase orders
- Develop deployment strategies for all Medable equipment to include destination country, customs’ considerations, costs, timelines and more
- Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, damages
- Analyze, automate and document procedures
- Manage all inbound and outbound shipments and In-house and third-party Inventory management
- Facilitate correspondences with vendors for needed support
- Communicate in all directions to keep associates, peers, and management advised of project status, process changes, and opportunities
- Develop, deploy and manage long-term distribution and logistics strategies
- Ensure efficiency and capability improvement
Qualifications
- Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Strong project management, prioritization and follow up skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast paced working environment Must have strong organization skills
- Analytical problem solving skills
- Self-starter
- Ability to make rapid and effective business decisions based on data and analysis
- Minimum 1 year Import and/or Export Logistics experience or a combination of education and experience
