Business Development Executive
The role: Our Client, a leading supplier in the Medical Health Insurance sector, is looking to appoint a Business Development Executive to work remotely (home based) to provide growth, sales and retention support to the company's members and their practice teams throughout North East and North West England. You will be responsible for working closely with the Business Development Consultants to increase membership uptake and grow their patient portfolio by proactively identifying and promoting the products and services, face to face, over the telephone and through all other communication channels.
Key Skills: Previous customer service experience either face to face or over the phone. Experience of handling high pressure situations and deadlines. Experience of up-selling and cross-selling on existing accounts. Experience of identifying/actively seeking sales opportunities and effective handling of new business enquiries. Full UK driving license
