Job Details for Work From Home Customer Support Specialist:

  • Schedule: 8 Hour shifts between 7am-12am; 40 hours per week including 1 weekend day
  • Pay Rate: $12.50/hr
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Work From Home Customer Support Specialist:

  • Receive inbound calls
  • Basic website troubleshooting
  • Updating customer accounts

Job Requirements for Work From Home Customer Support Specialist:

  • Must have a hardwired PC Laptop/Desktop with Windows 10 and headphones with a microphone
  • Must have strong computer and website navigation skills
  • Must have flexibility in schedule
