What you will do

We are currently looking for a Technical Writer to produce documentation and content experiences that help customers get the most out of our cloud based solutions platform. This is a hands-on role for a skilled communicator that can concisely author how stuff works and why it matters to users.
How you will do it
* Study and collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and subject matter experts to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements
* Work closely with product owners and engineering team members in an agile development environment to produce high quality technical documentation and learning content
* Create engaging and informative content for diverse audiences from release notes to user manuals and developer guides including in-app assistance, help, tutorials, illustrations, and training videos
* Collaborate with marketing teams to support marketing content development and product messaging
* Establish a smart content strategy with effective presentation style, processes, and practices to professional standards for web and mobile app user experiences
* Actively participate in daily stand-up and weekly planning and review meetings
* Coordinate all language translations and vendor relationships as required
What we look for
Required
* Educational degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
* 1 years of technical writing experience for commercial grade software products
* Experience using tools to create, manage, and publishing documentation
* Experience working directly with agile product development teams or projects
* Experience working with cloud, web, and mobile applications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to make challenging, complex ideas, concepts, and tasks understandable and appealing to diverse audiences
