JOB SUMMARYThe Analyst II will lead and/or partner with Functional SMEs, Management, IT, HRIS, Accounting, Payroll and vendors to maintain and support Kronos Workforce Central Time and Attendance implementation and integration with Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud. The Analyst will have excellent problem resolution skills and be able to perform configuration, testing, and report results specifically in relation to support of Kronos Time and Attendance and will demonstrate strong analytical and technical ability. The Analyst must be able to multi-task well and work with minimal supervisory guidance. This role will develop, maintain, and continuously improve internal reporting of Kronos Time and Attendance data. The Analyst will create training materials and provide training related to use of these Kronos solutions implemented; resolve questions; assess ongoing business needs; and recommend improvements related to current and future Kronos configuration supporting business processes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Configure the different modules of Kronos Workforce Central including but not limited to Pay Policy, Accrual Policy and Attendance Policy based on functional requirements. Maintain compliance with labor laws and business policy. Partner in activities during the analysis, design, configuration, and testing phases of system implementation projects. Partner with the function SME's to develop specifications and complete configuration to ensure user acceptance, adoption and usability of Kronos. Assist in documenting system functional specifications. Document and review design in collaboration with users and technical resources. Understand business needs and translate business requirements into reporting solutions. Create and deliver training materials and assist in training the payroll team and field employees regarding use of Kronos solutions.
