Juniper Square invests in a hybrid workforce and we offer three work modes: full time remote work from your home office, a hybrid of home and office work from one of our office hubs, currently in San Francisco and Austin, or full time work in an office hub. The company headquarters is in the Cloud and we invest in operations. We have communities of remote employees across the US and Canada, with more substantive local remote working communities in Seattle, Denver, Chicago and New York, but we are open to employees working in several states and provinces. **About the role**

As part of our Customer Success organization, our Customer Support team solves complex problems, answers product questions and is a trusted partner to our private equity customers. This team serves as the eyes and ears of Juniper Square, acting as the real-time voice of the customer to help communicate their needs and real-world use cases back to the rest of the company - promoting better customer service and future product development. Our Product Support Specialists play a central role, working closely with Customer Success Managers, Product Managers, and our Enablement team to ensure customer satisfaction, growth and retention.

**What youll do**

* Build deep knowledge of our evolving software, becoming a specialist in key product areas and leverage a strong understanding of private equity and our customers processes

* Provide guidance and internal assistance to our front-line support specialists, empowering others by training to fill knowledge gaps

* Field escalated customer queries and solve complex problems within your area of subject matter expertise, via phone or email

* Conduct analysis and provide valuable insights to our Product, Engineering, and CX Enablement teams

* Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to identify customer needs and drive product adoption to increase satisfaction and value for our customers

* As part of your own development and growth, lead key projects for our team as well as work cross-functionally towards our overall success

**Qualifications**

* 2-3 years of experience, preferably with 1+ years experience in commercial real estate, private equity, finance or experience with leading cross-functional projects within customer teams at a tech company

* Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences including senior executives through written, verbal and presentation form

* Ability to show empathy of customer needs

* Motivated by opportunities to resolve issues, both proactively and reactively

* Ability to manage projects with high attention to detail and organizational methods

* Values opportunities to improve work through technology and innovation

* Diplomacy and grace under pressure

* B.A.or B.S. degree
