Our agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative t o join an exceptional member service team provides support group employee members.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide dedicated customer service to assigned group of employers
  • Collaborate with employee, brokers to carriers handling benefits claims or premium
  • Ensure benefits eligibility and billing inquiries are received
  • Document and ensure benefits plans are updated
  • Ensure member benefits plan data are accurate and detailed notes of all correspondence
  • Work with leadership team to escalate complex eligibility and billing issues
  • Maintain successful relationship with client employers through outbound and inbound calls
  • Provide customer relationship and expedite all incoming call and chat requests chat and phone queue
Experience and Qualifications;
  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience preferred in the group benefits or insurance industry
  • Minimum 2 years Third Party Administrator experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict in a professional manner
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous
  • Ability to make logical and well thought decision making
