Job Summary

The Associate Recruiter creates and maintains strong business partnerships with internal clients and will lead the full life cycle recruitment process for high volume call center openings across multiple locations. The Associate Recruiter develops multiple sourcing channels and a ready now pipeline, while leveraging technology (ATS) to ensure an effective and efficient process that gets results. This role is responsible for attracting candidates (both internal and external) and maintaining Alliance Data's superior employment brand, while providing a best in class candidate experience.

Essential Job Functions

Full lifecycle recruitment – Effectively leverage technology (ATS) to recruit, screen, and schedule candidate interviews to consistently meet or exceed service level agreements by providing top talent to business partners. Responsible for targeted sourcing and assessing talent based on past successes and future business objectives. Proactively seek out new and creative ways to source top talent and gain support of business partners and Care Center leadership in order to deliver top talent based upon the growing and changing business needs. Scheduling of Interviews and collaboration with managers and supervisors where interviewing and feedback from interviews are concerned.Provide daily updates to global volume recruiting team and leadership to effectively communicate real time progress and reevaluate workflowPlan and coordinate recruiting events and represent Alliance Data at job fairs, tradeshows, networking and community events. Recruit for corporate support roles as needed. Utilizes knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to execute daily work.

Reporting and Relationship Management – Partner with Recruiters, Talent Acquisition/HR leadership, and hiring manager on current and future talent needs to ensure completion of company imperatives and initiatives. Support succession planning and niche/specialized recruiting. Create and manage talent database through Access Database. Provide status reports on sourcing efforts and pipelining activity on a regular basis while recommending alternatives strategies related to talent acquisition. Analyze and report-out on talent data and landscape through sourcing and research activities.Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills when working with internal or external partners. Presents information in an articulate, professional, and digestible manner.

Business Knowledge - Build strong relationships with Human Resources and Business leaders to understand hiring needs and establish trust and credibility, while delivering results and assessing future staffing needs. This will be done by developing a thorough understanding of Alliance Data Retail, and its partner brands in order to effectively communicate recruiting needs, wins and losses in a timely manner to the direct business partners of those that you support.

Market Research - Conduct, document, and present on research related to the overall labor and employment market including but not limited to: supply and demand of talent, geographical insight into talent pools, compensation trends, competitor mapping and research, talent acquisition sourcing statistics, project management, and more.Responsible for research and analysis of recruiting market trends, understanding implications and recommending solutions

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements :

Normal office environment,call center environment, optional work from home.Sometravel may be required.Attendance and participation, including standing, in job fair environment

Minimum Qualifications

One or moreyears experience in Human Resources or recruiting. -OR Successful completion of Alliance Data Apprenticeship Program. - OR Successful completion of an Associate Recruiter Stretch role.
