Responsible for paid media execution and account maintenance, focused on paid search, for the ProConnect business. This role will work closely with the manager and other stakeholders to ensure projects are on plan and executed accurately. **Job Responsibilities** + Own and Implement optimizations in paid search, and other marketing programs as needed, under guidance of ProConnect marketing manager and performance marketing team. + Communicate with channel owners and internal stakeholders on project status and follow-ups. + Leverage automated bidding tools to maximize volume within efficiency targets. + Research keywords, analyze their relevance and perform competitive analysis. + Execute on tactics to drive effective user experiences to improve on KPIs, including landing page and copy tests. + Provide regular and ad-hoc campaign reports and analysis. + Recommend project opportunities and optimizations across relevant channels. + Assist in strategic communication and documentation. + Learn to leverage paid marketing tech stack to optimize for customer value and experience **Requirements** + Minimum 1-2 Years paid marketing experience. + Proficient in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. + Able to manage complex paid search accounts, considering factors such as user behavior, location, down-funnel effects to paid search, etc. + Google Ads Editor experience. Google Script a plus. + Proficient in Excel. + Track record of strong execution in a results-oriented capacity. + Possess exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to listen, communicate professionally in both written and verbal manner. + Ability to demonstrate sound judgement + Ownership Mentality + Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize based on opporunity and risk. + Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment. + Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction. Working Virtually + While we ideally want someone to be located in the Denver area, we are open to considering remote or virtual candidates based on location and experience for the role.
