Our market is growing fast and we are profitable with no outside INVESTMENT! Companies like Toyota, Sitecore & Ticketmaster count on us! We are responsible for designing, architecting, developing, testing, scaling, and maintaining our PaaS/SaaS products that serve hundreds of customers across the globe. We have an ambitious roadmap and are looking for an experienced Remote Senior Solution Engineer to come help us wit our growing customer base.
Our tech stack: Python, Django, AWS (RDS, S3), Terraform, Ansible, MongoDB, Redis, Apache Solr & Elasticsearch. We follow modified Agile Scrum with 2-week sprints, daily standups and are a fully remote team across the globe (US, Europe, India).
What You Will Be Doing
- Onboard enterprise customers - take in their problems and provide solutions utilizing AWS, Azure, Apache Solr, Elasticsearch, and our platform
- Solve any technical customer issues in search and cloud domain
- Work in a fast-paced environment, be able to work with multiple customers at once, and change priorities when needed
- Create best practices for our products and other services
- Be the liaison between the customer and product.engineering team to create the roadmap and features
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales Teams
- Create solutions to make onboarding customers smoothly - Updating documents, writing scripts, etc.
- Agile Development and best practices
- Act as an advisor for our products

- $140,000 - $180,000 Annual Base Salary
