Elicit and develop requirements to solve internal and external customers needs by leveraging geospatial techniques, data, reporting, services and maps. Deliver solutions in an Agile environment that connect Lumen's network and service capabilities with potential customers. The Main ResponsibilitiesWork closely with solution and systems architects to achieve solution goals and help mold direction of GIS platforms through the following minimal set of skills:Feature and map service definition/creationData entry, conversion, and maintenance.Property, address and object geolocation conflation within multiple data sets.Metadata creation and editing.GIS Analysis and workflow.Model Building.Cartography and Graphic Design.Knowledge of other tools such as ASP.NET, MVC, ArcGIS, Oracle databases, Postgress, SQL, and GIS database design.What We Look For in a Candidate8 yrs of relevant experience with Bachelors degree or 6 yrs of relevant experience with Masters degreeExperience with Javascript, HTML and CSSExperience with PythonExperience working with web mapping libraries (eg.
