We are now looking to recruit several Customer Service Advisors for a permanent full-time role where you can work from home, so no more commuting to an office every day.

If you are dynamic, self-motivated and keen to provide outstanding customer service, then we have the opportunity for you!

These roles start in July 2021, the office is based in Bristol however as the role is remote you can be based anywhere in the UK.
Hours are Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDS OR BANK HOLIDAYS

Shift start times vary between 08:00am & 10:30am and you will work no later than 6.30pm.

Salary starts at £17,374.50 with the potential to earn more with our pay for skills package and monthly performance-related bonuses. As the Customer Service Advisor your role is all about helping customers, with a focus on quality. You will join the Contact Centre Team, dealing with a range of enquiries. Following your training program, you will be providing customer support and responding to queries by telephone, web chat, email, social-media and mail to our customers of all levels.
You will receive fantastic training - this will be on a full-time basis 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday for 4-5 weeks.

This is a very dynamic role, and no two days are quite the same. Providing services on behalf of our clients, you will always have plenty of interesting and rewarding challenges to keep you on your toes.

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:

* Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to work as part of a team - positive outlook and high energy are key!

* PC literate - including MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel

* Reliable Internet connection and appropriate workspace to work from home

* Commitment to quality customer service

You must be available to start in July and no leave can be taken in the first five weeks of starting the role, whilst you're training. The role is not available outside the UK.
