What you will do - Essential Responsibilities

  • Take a lead role in implementing and managing user security within our Oracle ERP Cloud solution and specifically provisioning roles and data access sets based on organization defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business.
  • Responsible for updating and implementing user security and roles, supporting SDLC release cycles including configuration in lower environments, migration, and QA, reviewing and auditing end user accounts, permissions, and access rights, aligning segregation of duties (SOD) and security
    profiles in a large, complex enterprise organization.
  • Good understanding of Cloud architecture integrations to UAM tools and legacy third party systems and will be the go-to person for all security issues within the Oracle ERP Cloud environment.
  • Interact closely with CarMax Accounting, Finance and Audit teams to provide SOD conflict reports, Audit reports and Sensitive data access reports.
  • Work with fellow CarMax associates to apply standard procedures to ensure that all system users are properly identified and information/application access is provisioned based on the respective user's job role and comply with minimum need to know and least privileged.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in product design, product management, systems architecture and various operational and technical teams to develop solutions and bring great ideas to life.
  • Market your innovative ideas internally and evolve them according to feedback and critique within an agile environment.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practice to continuously improve what we do and ensure our customer and associate experience is the best it can be.

Qualifications and Requirements
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Functional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP system
  • Experience in implementing and managing security in the core Oracle ERP Cloud, including OIC.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Risk Mgmt
  • Cloud Service including (Fusion Advanced Access Controls, Cloud ServiceFusion Advanced Financial Controls Cloud Service, Fusion Financial Reporting Compliance Cloud Service)
  • Experience in Cloud ERP Implementations
  • Experience with SOX and segregation of Duties control frameworks
  • Successful implementation experience as a GRC / Security Compliance Lead
  • Must have competence in Oracle Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC), Advanced Access Control (AAC) & Advanced Financial Control (AFC)
  • Should be able to identify process risks and provide controls
  • Should be able to guide stakeholders and lead scoping, and executing efforts around ERP Security assessments and security role designs
  • Experience in training stakeholders and teams on ERP controls, segregation of duties and security knowledge
  • Nice to have: RMCS certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands on experience managing Oracle PaaS security tool suites
  • Experience with REST, SOAP API, and web microservices technology
  • SQL language proficiency with at least one of the common database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and/or DB2 database management systems
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform utilizing modern microservices and serverless approaches is a highly desirable.
