Recruiter - Remote or Hybrid

The Recruiter is responsible sourcing and recruiting for open positions throughout the organization. Additionally, the Recruiter may assist with consulting with Hiring Managers on talent needs in order to source, attract, select and hire top talent through a variety of channels



Job Requirements:

Essential Job Functions/Duties:

  • Assists with sourcing and recruiting for open positions throughout the organization
  • Coordinates interviews to assess potential candidates with regard to skill set and employment requirements
  • Actively builds candidate pools and ensures a pool of qualified candidates remain available for current or future opportunities
  • Utilizes various media, such as resume databases, staffing agencies, career fairs, social media, higher learning institutions, etc.
  • Ensures timely responses to employment inquiries; organizes and tracks all recruitment information and correspondence
  • Coordinates all recruitment efforts and selection processes such as resume screening, phone screens, interviews, etc.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks typical of staffing roles including assisting with job postings, maintaining candidate profiles, and similar tasks as needed.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential environment
  • Ensures legal compliance with regulatory agencies and governmental laws and statutes related to employment practices

Education/Qualification Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus at least 1 year of direct, relevant experience in recruiting and/or sourcing

Experience Preferred:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in recruiting
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in direct administrative support


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HRIS Management
  • Experience with ATS or CRM Experience
