The Product Analyst is responsible for ensuring that market and product requirements are appropriately reflected and implemented in a finished product. The Product Analyst is the main liaison between product marketing, product management and the engineering team. Additionally, the Product Analyst is an expert on the functionality of a specific product; as such, he or she often supports other groups such as sales, engineering, implementation, and technical support/customer service.

The Product Analyst works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Collecting business requirements from key buyer audiences and end users

  • Write and present product requirements

  • Coordinate the creation of product mockups and prototypes

  • Oversee the product as it is being built by development/engineering

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during the development of a product

  • Coordinate testing of a product, including user acceptance testing, alpha and beta programs

  • Translates business analytics into solutions

  • Collect, coordinate, and prioritize product backlog

  • May coordinate activities of other personnel

  • What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 5+ years healthcare and technology experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate and partner with others effectively

  • Project management experience

  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

  • What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Master’s degree a plus

  • Experience working with Agile teams preferred

  • Familiar with Google Cloud or other cloud computing products preferred

  • What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

  • General office demands/Home office

  • How much should I expect to travel?

  • Up to 20% travel requirement
