• Define and develop project scope, artifacts, plans, policies, procedures, and standards
• Responsibilities include updating tasks and deadlines in our program management system, tracking, scheduling, and facilitating status calls, communication, and follow-up to ensure alignment around project goals and the completion of project deadlines.
• Gather requirements and assist with the business case, charter, and ROI for new demands, collaborating with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.
• Shepherd multiple ongoing projects to ensure alignment around project goals and completion of project deadlines
• Chair governance meetings that includes a review of the project plan and the management of risks and issues where appropriate
• Analyze financial data as it relates to each project, this includes resource allocation, budget, risk, and impact; provide budget outlines and reports to upper management
• Provide technical guidance and leadership for several critical efforts underway within the organization - both BAU activities as well as project activities to ensure tasks and projects are delivered per organization's standards
• Support IT teams in their efforts to improve the security posture and advance strategic IT projects.
• Evaluate completed projects to identify lessons learned and best practices
• Coach and mentor Business Analysts, Project Coordinators and/or Project Managers and prepare to facilitate trainings when appropriate

Job Requirements:
· Experience in managing IT infrastructure projects in large scale environments
· Proven track record of running a PMO/Project Management Office (must have recent experience)
· Demonstrated fluency of the Microsoft stack (M365, Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, Azure)
· Broad understanding and experience of web, storage, database, networking, middleware, virtualization, cloud & security technologies
· Adept in project management concepts and methodologies
· Proficient in managing third-party providers
· Experience in utilizing MS Office suite and ServiceNow
· Excellent people management, time management, detail-oriented & problem-solving skills
· Effective verbal & written communication skills
· Strong business acumen and leadership skills
· PMP Certified or an equivalent education/training is a plus
· Background in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a related field or an equivalent education/training
