Job Description
ServiceNow Advisor Developer plays an important role in the implementation, testing and delivery of ServiceNow technologies for enterprise projects. Works as part of a service delivery team focusing on ITSM and ITAM strategic initiatives and transformational changes

Role includes creating technical solutions and implementations including design, solutioning, functional implementation and alignment with enterprise processes and best practices.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Proven, demonstrable abilities with ServiceNow technologies and processes
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform structure, design and interactions
• Strong familiarity with application architectures and technologies
• Resourcefulness, problem-solving aptitude, and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism dealing with both development, stakeholder and management staff.
• Strong ITIL and agile experience.
• Demonstrated expertise supporting the implementation, administration, configuration and/or development of the ServiceNow tool and in providing ITIL and IT Service Management Solutions in IT Infrastructure with expertise.
• Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, ServiceNow Scripting, Service Request Management and their relationships the underlying ServiceNow platform

Required Qualifications
Required skills and competencies:
•5+ In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform structure, design and interactions
•5+ Strong familiarity with application architectures and technologies
• 3-5+ Strong ITIL and agile experience
• 5+ Demonstrated expertise supporting the implementation, administration, configuration and/or development of the ServiceNow tool and in providing ITIL and IT Service Management Solutions in IT Infrastructure with expertise.
• 5+ Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, ServiceNow Scripting, Service Request Management and their relationships to the CMDB
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with diverse exposure to infrastructure technology.

Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 10+ years of experience with diverse exposure to infrastructure technology.
• Demonstrated skill designing and managing distributed enterprise environments.
• Experience designing and testing new technologies that will extend the corporate infrastructure.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large scale corporate projects and/or technical staff.
• Experience which demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills including navigating senior management
• Resourcefulness, problem-solving aptitude, and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism dealing with both development, stakeholder and management staff

Education
Undergraduate college degree; Master’s degree preferred
