The Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with the Coordinators, Centralized Services Manager and the Field Office teams by providing exceptional customer service, accurate data entry and process expertise.

Industry: Customer Service/Call Center.

Duties: - Provide ongoing customer service and support to field office teams. • Reviewing, correcting, and verifying data via various web portals and spreadsheets. • Updating all of your work using an online database system. • Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. • Remain Available to take incoming calls using Interaction Client at all times while at your workstation.. • Making outbound calls in a call center environment. • Complete confidentiality when handling sensitive associate information. • Compliance with the Centralized Services attendance policy. • Maintain a clean and organized work space. • Train others on taking calls • Special projects.
