Recruiting for entry level professional roles and/or office hourly positions.Attend career fairs.Conduct exit interviews with interns and co-ops to gather insightful feedback and use to improve our programs.Team member on the Broan Leadership Academy project.Research and recommend ways in which Broan HR can use the current ATS to improve metrics regarding time to fill, candidate experience and creation of offer letters.You will have the opportunity to work on HR related projects including benefits, compensation, employee engagement and exit interviews.Help with the creation and roll out of Broan-NuTone Internship and Co-Op program.Coordinate intern and co-op social and development opportunity events.Job Requirements:Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resource Administration, Marketing, Communications,or a related field with at least Sophomore level status.People-focused and assertive with the ability to drive projects to completion.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You will be the first person our candidates communicate with so the ability to open up and make them feel welcome is important.Desire to build relationships, ask questions and make suggestions will help you shine in this role.Passion for finding talent and the ability to select the best and the brightest!Have fun!
