*Medical Device Product Complaint Associate-**Remote**Schedule: Full Time **Mon-Fri, Standard Working Hours- Some flexibility * This is a Remote position working West Coast hours *Pay Rate: $20-25 DOE**1 year Contract possibility to Convert or Extend* The Complaint Associate provides complaint support activities such as receiving, evaluating, processing and investigating product complaints to the subsystem level, customer/product complaints, in compliance with all Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements.  Product Complaint Support activities include, but are not limited to; evaluating documents, contacting clients and data entry. *Responsibilities:** Manages assigned complaints to ensure efficient resolution.* Assures complaints from written, electronic, and oral communications are entered into the complaint handling data base in accordance with procedure.* Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve, and follow up on all product complaints in a timely manner.* Assists in ensuring the timely completion of investigations, closure of all complaint tasks, and ensures that the required information is contained in the record prior to submitting for closure.* Provide complaint support which includes but is not limited to: sorting through inventory, pulling paper files, scan and email documents to our web file, evaluating documents, contacting clients and data entry.* It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.* Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business *Experience Requirements:  ** Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline* 1-3 Years’ relevant experience in medical equipment function or repair, troubleshooting, complaint review/response *Successful Individual Skills:  ** Team player who demonstrates positive, constructive interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills* Good administrative skills, able to support team documentation needs* Able to understand basic medical terminology and converse with clinicians* Proficiency in reading and understanding technical literature such as product specifications and data sheets* Must be able to manage phone system, and answer customer inquiries in professional manner* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Why Kelly®?
